Radon Testing
Radon is tasteless, colorless, odorless, and considered a significant contaminant affecting air quality. State of the art radon testers are used to get accurate readings and inform you if you will need to consider radon mitigation.
Thermal Imaging
We use a thermal camera on every one of our inspections. This allows us to “see through walls” and detect hidden problems including faulty wiring, missing insulation, structural problems, and moisture intrusion problems.
Same Day Reports
Real estate transactions can transpire at breakneck speeds these days. As such, we understand the importance of a timely report. With very few exceptions we provide same day reports with all inspections.
